Saturday, July 18, 2009 5:53 PM A close one..  Today was first day of canoe training and I almost got drowned.Yeap. I know I'm going to die one day of an accident I hope an angel will watch over me. It happened when a guy twice my size was my partner and we capsized not far from the pontoon.I was reaching out for my paddle and pushing the boat back when i realized he was struggling.
So, i told him to relax and asked him to grab my paddle.He pulled me nearer to him and grabbed my life vest. That was when my body was already exhausted from the training and he pulled me underwater,it was really hard to fight back as he was bigger. I couldn't even gasp for air. I manage to fight my way out and turn him around so that we won't grab on to me and pull him back to shore . Tomorrow's another day. What if you won't be able to see me again?
