What's Wrong?
There's definitely something going wrong with me,
I'm gaining weight when I have 1 meal a day,training 4 times a week.

I can't wake up like I usually do

There's no motivation to exercise by myself 

Even just to read pre-readings before class.

I dislike FYP I hate the whole process of it.

How is this possible?Am I too comfortable?Too complacent?
